A program for practicing English words, phrases and irregular verbs. The application was originally created for my own use. Now I've decided to please the public this "brilliant" software.
The program requiested Windows XP or later and requires a NET Framework 4.0.

The application consists of two separate modules:

• WordsExcercise - generator of English word exercises, expressions, and entire sentences.
• VerbsTest - generator of the practice of irregular verbs.

WordsExcercise

The program generates exercises from English expressions and phrases that the user writes to the database.

Two modes of work are available:

Excercise:

The program generates an English language exercise. The user can see a Slovak expression and information how many letters should contain the corresponding English term. The user writes an English expression and the program checks for the correct writing. A tooltip view is available for individual expressions (if the user has inserted them into the database). After completing the exercise, the program counts scores and evaluates success.

Testing:

The program generates an English language exercise. The user can see a Slovak expression and writes an English expression. The program does not display any auxiliary information for the trained expression. The program counts the score and evaluates success at the end of the test.

The application contains a print module in which you can print or export to * .pdf, * .doc, * .xls all created dictionaries and exercises. Exercises and tests can also be done in writing.

An English word sample database is attached to the program. The user can create their own lists of expressions and vocabularies and then use them for exercise. The vocabulary database is provided as an inspiration for creating custom user dictionaries. The author of the program is not responsible for the grammatical accuracy of the English words used.

VerbsTest

The program generates exercises from English irregular verbs that are in the attached database.

Two modes of work are available:

The program generates an exercise of irregular verbs. The user can see a Slovak translation or the English original of an irregular verb (according to the program setting). The user writes the required verb, and the program checks for the correct writing. The program counts scores and evaluates success after completing the exercise.

Testing:

The program generates an exercise of irregular verbs. The user can see a Slovak translation or the English original of an irregular verb (according to the program setting). The user writes the required verb. The program counts scores and evaluates success after completing the exercise.

The application contains a print module in which you can print or export to * .pdf, * .doc, * .xls all created dictionaries and exercises. Exercises and tests can also be done in writing.

A database of English irregular verbs is attached to the program. The user can create their own collections of irregular verbs, and then use them for exercise. The Irregular verbs database can be edited and complemented at your own discretion. The author of the program is not responsible for the grammatical accuracy of the english words used.

Installing the program:

You can download the program at two versions:

Zip archive - designed for more experienced users. The Verbs&Words.zip archive file must be first unpacked. Executable programs are "WordsExcercise.exe" and "VerbsTest.exe".
Suitable for Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10.

Installer - extract the Verbs&WordsSetup.zip file and run the Setup.exe program. Installation will take place automatically
